running wind ... 3 deep tips


 Winter operation is actually a great workout! And there are many reasons for running in the cold season. To stay in shape and be ready for the spring race  running wind. There is another theory that we gain weight during the winter because our bodies are programmed to store fat for the winter. Running in the winter is a great way to stay in shape. Be sure to take the necessary precautions and prepare for very cold days.
