running tea so how does this work? Suggested that catechism, a natural substance found in green tea are responsible for improving the strength. During exercise, your body uses energy and balance of energy from carbohydrates and fats are important in increasing levels of resistance. The ability to use fat storage in the endurance race has been recognized as the key to longer time running tea. The catechism in green tea help to use fatty acids as an energy source during exercise, and therefore help us to release the energy to run anymore. Researchers in Japan recommend taking long-term green tea and regular exercise to promote resilience running tea. In this experiment, decaffeinated tea, so imagine the effect it can have with a caffeine boost too!
